So without further ado, let’s take a look at the recipe:

  • 2 medium-sized mangoes, chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup low fat cream
  1. Take the cream in a bowl. You can use an electric beater or whip manually with a wired whisk.
  2. Whisk the cream on a bed of ice.
  3. Beat it well, until the cream is soft and fluffy. Ensure you don’t over-whip or over-bear the cream.
  4. Purée the mango pieces.
  5. Add the mango puree to the beaten cream, and mix well.
  6. Pour the mango mousse in tall glasses. Cover and chill the mousse in the refrigerator for some 20-30 minutes; and serve.

Shilpa also shared the benefits of drinking this refreshing mango mousse which can convince you to try this one at your home!

Here why you should definitely try this:
  1. Mangoes are high in fibre, which helps in healthy digestion
  2. Mangoes are rich in beta carotene that helps promote eye health.
  3. Mangoes are also a great source of vitamins C and A, which help maintain healthy skin.

So ladies, enjoy this healthy treat without any guilt!
