According to the National Library of Medicine, papaya is considered beneficial for removing scars and blemishes, because papaya is rich in antioxidants, due to which the signs of aging on the face are not visible early.
The first step of any facial is cleansing. This step removes all the dust, dirt and oil from the skin, and the skin products are able to work well.
For cleansing, take a spoonful of curd or milk in a bowl and apply it to your face. Wash your face with cold water after 10 minutes of cleansing. Apart from this, you can also use rose water.
Scrubbing is the second step of this facial, due to which deep cleaning of the skin is done along with removing the dirt present in the skin. Scrubbing with papaya cleanses your skin internally.
For scrubbing, take a spoonful of mashed papaya in a bowl. Now, add a spoonful of ground oats or rice flour in it. In the end, prepare the mixture by adding a spoonful of honey. Scrub the mixture gently on your face for 2-3 minutes. Finally, wash your face with cold water and see the difference.
The third step for papaya facial is massage, which activates all the cells of the face and helps in giving a natural glow to the face. Massaging your skin with papaya helps you get rid of the dead skin cells. Along with this, it also helps you to get relief from many skin problems.
For papaya massage cream, take 2 spoons of mashed papaya in a bowl. Now, add 1 teaspoon aloe vera gel and 1 teaspoon honey to it. Finally, prepare the mixture by adding a few drops of lemon juice. Now, gently massage your face with this mixture, with gentle hands, for 5-10 minutes. Finally, wash your face with cold water.
The fourth and the last step of the facial is a face pack or face mask due to which the skin is healed, and the skin gets a natural glow. With papaya face packs, you get relief from many skin problems and your skin remains healthy for a long time.
To make papaya face pack, take 2 tablespoons of mashed papaya in a bowl. Now, add 1 tsp sandalwood powder and 1 tsp multani mitti to it. In the end, prepare the mixture by adding 2 spoons of curd. Now, apply it on your face and neck and leave it for 15 to 20 minutes. After drying the face pack, wash the face with cold water and feel the glow!
