Losing weight is not an easy task, and it takes a long time coupled with a lot of effort before you start seeing any change. Everyone lays great emphasis on exercise, but what you eat is an equally important aspect of losing weight. So, you need to start focusing on what you’re consuming if you’re a weight loss spree. You can come up with a specific diet plan as well!

There is no doubt, however, that sticking to a single plan can get boring and end up disincentivizing you from eating healthy. So, we suggest you spice things up a little with seasonal fruits! You get a variety of different fruits in every season and including them in your diet can easily break the monotony, motivating you to lose a couple of more kilos.

Here are 6 winter fruits for weight loss to nosh on this season:

1. Oranges

Orange, known for its vitamin C content, can not only boost your immunity but also help in weight loss. Being rich in potassium, minerals, folate and fibre while being low in calories makes it the perfect weight loss fruit. The fibre in it helps you feel full for a longer period of time and also improves digestion.

What’s more, researchers from Western University found a molecule called nobiletin in orange that has proved to aid reduction in obesity.
