Dear Pisces native, today your health will be stable. You will wake up feeling refreshed and calmer. You will balance your eating habits and also control your sugar intake. Avoid eating spicy food. Spicy foods may cause damage to the lining of the stomach, which in turn can cause gastritis, stomach ulcers and even intestinal disease such as colitis. You may have plans to get back to walking or yoga, which will help you unwind. Don’t overexert yourself physically.

On the work front, it will be hectic. Meetings lined up for today will mentally pressurize you and push you out of your comfort zone.
