For the second movement, ‘Natarajasana’, Kareena is again seen balancing her body on one leg. She then takes her body forward, bending the other leg from the knee, and then stretching it back. To complete the movement, she caught the foot that is extended back with her hand and raises the other hand parallel to the floor.

This is how yoga can benefit you

The ancient Indian practice of yoga is known to improve flexibility, stamina, mental health, and overall body strength.

Vrikshasana is great for improving balance and strength in your legs, ligaments, and tendons. It is also known to make your glutes stronger and provide stability to your pelvic region. Besides the physical benefits, this pose is also known to relax you and slow down your heart rate.

Natarajasana, boosts weight loss and is a great calorie burner. Practising this pose will help stretch and strengthen the legs, chest, hips, and abdomen muscles. In fact, the body’s overall flexibility improves by regularly practising this pose.
