This time around, she has done the unbelievable, and no, we are not kidding! In her recent Instagram post, Disha has shared some of her favourite go-to exercises, and boy, we are impressed and how! The video shows how effortlessly she can lift weights, but of course, we know it’s her consistency and dedication that has helped her achieve this feat.
The video shows her lifting 70 kilos of weights, doing three sets of hip thrust with 30 kg weights, as well as deadlifts.
