So, do you want to try the leg raise exercise Kiara is doing as a part of her strength training routine? Here’s how to perform it:

  1. Start by lying down on your back and keep your hands by your sides.
  2. Stretch your legs straight and begin to raise them towards the ceiling.
  3. Even if you are not able to raise your legs properly just yet, try to keep them straight while you’re lifting them. 
  4. Keep lifting till your legs are pointing towards the ceiling, and you can’t lift them up anymore.
  5. Then, lower them down to the ground again and repeat this 15 to 20 times.

  2. Remember to breathe in as you lower your legs and breathe out as you lift them up.
  3. Do not put pressure on your shoulders and your chest.
