And you’ll be surprised to know that she’s a big fan of DIY beauty hacks. Yes, you heard it right! Sonam loves pampering her skin with face masks, and we can’t blame her.

In her recent Instagram video titled ‘Vanity Vignettes’, Sonam has shared some of her favourite face masks that are made from natural ingredients, and show effective results.

So without further ado, let’s tell you about the masks. Ready to find out?

Try out these DIY masks recommended by Sonam
1. Haldi and besan

Most women in India turn to besan or gram flour for their skincare needs. For this mask, mix besan, sandalwood powder, rose water, milk and haldi. Mix it well and apply it on your face. Let it dry for some time, and then rub it off. You are sure to get gorgeous skin in no time!

Sonam says that this mixture works well as a great face mask and scrub, especially since it is loaded with antioxidants. It tightens and moisturises the skin, and helps in adding an extra glow. For those who want extra hydration, honey is a good addition.

2. Multani mitti or green clay

This face mask works well to get rid of zits and impurities, and especially rejuvenates the skin after a tough night. It helps to draw out all the impurities, says Sonam.

“ I put it on my back as well, since it cools my body down. It cools my stomach as well,” she adds.
