Eating foods high in sugar can cause inflammation and may worsen arthritis pain. So, avoid donuts, ice creams, chocolates, cakes, etc.
Purine in foods can lead to uric acid build-up, which is bad for your joints and leads to problems. You must avoid beer, ham, bacon, lunch meats, seafood, cauliflower, mushrooms, and beans.
Nightshades are vegetables that contain the compound solanine, which can trigger arthritis. These include tomatoes, chili peppers, eggplant, tomatoes, and potatoes.
When refined carbs such as white rice, crackers, bread, and potatoes are not converted into energy, they lead to inflammation, which often leads to chronic conditions.
While tobacco consumption has been linked to rheumatoid arthritis, smoking has been linked to gout, which is a form of inflammatory arthritis.
