How To Use Rice Water For Hair?

Step 1: Start by rinsing half a cup of rice and soak it in one to two cups of water for at least two hours or overnight.

Step 2: Now, strain the water, separating it from the rice. Heat this water for 5-10 minutes to enhance its nutrient content. Let it sit for half an hour.

Step 3: Wash your hair the way you generally do. Use warm rice water to rinse your hair, starting from the roots to the length of your hair.

Step 4: Massage your scalp with this hair rinse for 5-10 minutes and wait for 10-20 minutes before washing it out.

Step 5: You can, however, skip washing it out and let your hair dry, after applying this hair rinse. Use rice water at least once a week for best results.
