A person with dengue may experience high fever, which can reach 104 degrees Celsius or even higher.

A skin rash usually appears around 2-5 days after the onset of fever if you have dengue. It can look like red spots or small red or purple spots.
Dengue can cause pain behind the eyes, which you may feel more when moving your eyes.
Just like other fevers, dengue can also cause generalised weakness and fatigue.
Feeling nauseous and vomiting are common in people infected with dengue. If you experience nausea along with other symptoms, get yourself checked.
Severe dengue can cause your lymph nodes to enlarge, particularly in the neck and groin areas.
