Easy Pose (Sukhasana)
Gomukhasana stretches the shoulders, chest, and hips. It increases flexibility in these areas and helps relieve tension commonly held in the upper body from activities like typing, carrying bags, or watching TV.
Cow Face Pose (Gomukhasana)
This pose opens up the hips and groin area, which can become tight, especially if you sit on your desk for a prolonged period. By gently stretching these areas, this pose improves flexibility and enhances circulation in the pelvic region.
Butterfly Pose (Baddha Konasana)

Wide-Angle Seated Forward Bend (Upavistha Konasana)
