Also known as hematuria, it is one of the most noticeable signs of kidney cancer. You may notice reddish or brownish discolouration in your urine that occurs when cancer cells in the kidney bleed into the urinary tract.

Bloody Urine

Experiencing dull, constant ache or pain on one side of the lower back is common in kidney cancer. It typically arises as the cancer grows and exerts pressure on surrounding tissues.

As the tumour enlarges, it may become palpable through the skin in the form of a lump or mass near the kidneys. It is usually on the side of the body or in the abdomen.
