-1 scoop of chocolate protein powder -1 medium banana -1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based) -Ice cubes (optional)
-Blend 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder, 1 medium banana, and 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based). -Add ice cubes, if you want to add a refreshing twist.
-1 scoop of vanilla protein powder -1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) -1 cup Greek yogurt -1/2 cup water
-Combine 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, 1/2 cup of mixed berries, 1 cup of Greek yogurt, and 1/2 cup of water. -Blend until smooth for a fruity and protein-packed shake.
-1 scoop of chocolate protein powder -2 tablespoons of peanut butter -1 cup almond milk -Ice cubes (optional)
-Mix 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, and 1 cup of almond milk. -Include ice cubes for a cool and creamy texture (optional).
-1 scoop of plant-based protein powder -Handful of spinach -1/2 avocado - 1/2 cup pineapple chunks - 1 cup coconut water
-Blend 1 scoop of plant-based protein powder, a handful of spinach, 1/2 avocado, 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, and 1 cup coconut water. -Enjoy a nutrient-rich, plant-powered smoothie.
-1 scoop of mocha-flavoured protein powder -1/2 cup cold brew coffee -1/2 cup milk of choice -Ice cubes (optional)
-Blend 1 scoop mocha-flavored protein powder, 1/2 cup cold brew coffee, and 1/2 cup milk of choice. -Add ice cubes and enjoy this shake for a caffeinated protein boost.
