Mix chia seeds with yoghurt or aloe vera gel to create a nourishing hair mask. Apply evenly to damp hair, cover with a shower cap, and leave it on for 30 minutes before rinsing it off.
Combine chia seed oil with a carrier oil like coconut or argan oil. Massage this blend into your scalp and hair, leave it on for 30 minutes to an hour, then shampoo and condition your hair as usual.
You may prepare chia seed water or pudding, blend them into smoothies, or sprinkle them on yogurt or salads. This offers essential nutrients like zinc, magnesium, vitamin E, antioxidants, protein, and omega-3 fatty acids, promoting overall health.
