Take some jaggery, half a cup of vermicelli, 2 cups of skimmed milk, and a few almonds for this recipe.

Ingredients

Boil the milk and add vermicelli to it. Cook it for 5 minutes and keep stirring it continuously. Add some jaggery to it. Stir well and turn off the gas. Add some almonds to the mixture.

All you need is three ingredients: roasted nuts, coconut powder, and dates.

Ingredients

Heat some dates in a pan and add some powdered coconut to it. Blend them in a blend after adding some roasted nuts to the mixture. Roll the mix into small balls and use coconut powder for coating.

Coconut Jaggery Barfi

You would need a dry coconut, some jaggery, roasted peanuts, roasted melon seeds, and 2-3 tablespoons of ghee for this recipe.

Ingredients

Cut the dry coconut into two halves, and grate it. Make a fine powder of the grated coconut. Now, take a pan and saute the powder for 2-3 minutes before adding some crushed jaggery and ghee to it. You can add some roasted peanuts and melon seeds. Let it cool down and cut it into square pieces to make a barfi.
