Make sure you drink plenty of water throughout the day. It will keep your skin hydrated and plump, while dehydration can make your skin look dull and aged.

Include fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats in your diet. These foods will provide you with essential vitamins and antioxidants, which can keep your skin healthy.
Physical activity boosts blood circulation in the body, delivering oxygen and nutrients to skin cells. This helps maintain skin elasticity and a healthy glow.
Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep per night. During sleep, the body repairs and regenerates skin cells, promoting a youthful appearance.
Chronic stress can lead to premature ageing and other skin problems, such as acne. Practice stress-reducing activities like yoga, or meditation to keep skin health in check.
Smoking accelerates ageing by damaging collagen. Consuming alcohol in excess can dehydrate your skin and lead to inflammation. So, avoid both.
