Meet Dr Saundarya, who is helping women restart their careers after sabbaticals

It is very hard for a woman to take a sabbatical and join the work force again. Whether this sabbatical is due to pregnancy or some medical condition, it hardly matters. Because when she tries to revive her professional life again, she faces challenges that are mentally and emotionally daunting. Many even lose hope of ever thriving again. This dilemma moved Dr Saundarya Rajesh, a social entrepreneur, who then started "Avtar", a unique project that is helping women play the second innings of their career with elan.
