There are not many female bodybuilders in India because till date this field is riddled with taboos. But Navreet Josan wanted to break all the barriers. She wanted Indian women in the field of fitness to look at bodybuilding as an avenue. That's why she participated in one of the most prestigious bodybuilding competitions, IFBB Bikini Pro Contest and used it as a platform to bring awareness. But it wasn't an easy journey.
