Your body needs energy and nourishment from food in order to stay healthy and protected against diseases. Hence, so many people say that you are what you eat. A good diet will always lead to a healthy weight, strong immunity, glowing skin and a good mood. On the other hand, not eating properly, or consuming harmful foods will only cause health issues.

In order to ensure you stay healthy, you must eat meals that contain all the nutrients but in moderation.
