3. Chew your food properly
If you think chewing is just another task, you are highly mistaken. You need to follow the 32-times-chewing rule. Keep your mouth closed while you chew otherwise you can swallow a lot of air which can make you gassy.
4. Don’t hold your farts
It can be embarrassing but holding in your farts can turn out to be utterly uncomfortable. It can lead to severe pain in the abdominal region and make you feel bloated.
5. Don’t stay still
Most of us are working from home these days and thanks to COVID-19, there is hardly any scope for us to get out of our homes. Therefore, we’re also losing out on regular physical activity. So, ensure that you stand up and move around after every hour. Moreover, an hour long exercise session at home can improve things drastically.
6. Stay hydrated
