If you are experiencing pain on the top of the head and it gives you a feeling that someone is hammering your head, it is caused by lack of food or dehydration in your body. If you are experiencing this kind of a headache, the first thing you should be doing is getting yourself something to eat and drink.
Sometimes, the headache develops at the back of your head, that is the area above your neck. If you are experiencing pain in that area then it is a sign that you are taking too much stress. You need to relax and let go of the stress. Meditating, reducing the noise around you, laying down or practicing deep breathing exercises will help you relax.
Pain in between your eyebrows, around your nose and eyes is a result of some allergy or sinus. This is known as sinus headache and to deal with it you can take medication, do some exercise or take a warm shower.
If you feel like there is a tight rubber-band around your forehead then you are experiencing a tension headache. To treat this type of headache, you need to reduce your screen time. You can keep taking breaks away from the screen or you can use blue ray blocker glasses. Taking a hot shower will also help.
If you are experiencing excruciating pain just around one of your eyes, then you are having a Cluster headache. seek medical attention. Your eyes could tear up and you might even notice some redness in your eye. For this type of headache you need to immediately stop looking at any kind of screen and consult your doctor.
