Actor Taapsee Pannu, too, has been doing that! Apart from exercising, what you eat has a great impact on your health. Exercising and healthy eating is what she believes in, and she puts up posts every now and then, to inspire others to take care of their health. 

She is currently training hard for her upcoming film Rashmi Rocket. Now with rigorous training, muscle soreness and injury are pretty common. But she has the perfect solution.

In an Instagram post, Taapsee introduced us to a powerful drink that not just helps to burn fat, but also fights inflammation and pain caused by heavy physical training. So, if you are struggling with muscle soreness and pain, then it’s time for you to try out this drink.

You will just need a few ingredients: raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar, fenugreek or methi, turmeric, and ginger and you’re going to give up on painkillers.

A study published in the Journal of Medicinal Food found that turmeric helps in the management of exercise-induced inflammation and muscle soreness, which further helps in faster recovery and subsequent performance.

Ginger, on the other hand, has proved to be an effective muscle pain reliever in cases of exercise-induced injury. This study was published in The Journal of Pain

There’s also another study that was published in the Indian Journal of Pharmacology, in which the researchers concluded that they found significant anti-inflammatory and anti-arthritic activities of fenugreek seeds. And then, The Iranian Journal of Pharmaceutical Research confirmed that apple cider vinegar can considerably control chronic pain and inflammation.
