A study published in the Journal of Medicinal Food found that turmeric helps in the management of exercise-induced inflammation and muscle soreness, which further helps in faster recovery and subsequent performance.

Ginger, on the other hand, has proved to be an effective muscle pain reliever in cases of exercise-induced injury. This study was published in The Journal of Pain

There’s also another study that was published in the Indian Journal of Pharmacology, in which the researchers concluded that they found significant anti-inflammatory and anti-arthritic activities of fenugreek seeds. And then, The Iranian Journal of Pharmaceutical Research confirmed that apple cider vinegar can considerably control chronic pain and inflammation.

So ladies, this drink can actually drive away your pain the natural way!
