Caffeine occurs naturally in plants like tea, coffee, and cocoa, soft drinks in products containing cocoa or chocolates. If too much is used, it might cause sleep issues, anxiety, and mood swings. In addition, high caffeine consumption is associated with adverse effects on heart health, and increased incidence of cancer.

Aim at least 30 minutes of moderate activity every day to be healthy.

It’s advisable to take at least 1-2 glasses of water the first thing in the morning to stay healthy.
