In addition, you should pick out seasonal vegetables for the best results. You can add vegetables like spinach, broccoli, carrots, green beans, brussels sprouts, and pumpkin to your diet. They are all good sources of fiber.”
Whole grains are a great choice when it comes to heart diseases because they are packed with protein, vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Lovneet also trusts whole grains when it comes to heart problems.
“People with heart disease should definitely consume whole grain such as daliya, steel-cut oats, and basmati rice,” she suggests.
Wheatgrass is a superfood given that it is an excellent source of vitamins and nutrients. It is packed with antibacterial, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory properties.
Batra says, “People with heart diseases should drink wheatgrass juice every morning because it helps in metabolizing your cholesterol better.” It is believed that wheatgrass juice can lower cholesterol levels, something that can be extremely beneficial to those who suffer from heart issues.
