Promotes skin and hair health

Mustard oil contains omega-3, and omega-6 fatty acids, vitamin E, and antioxidants, all of which help prevent skin and hair problems. Reduces inflammation

Mustard oil contains a compound called allyl isothiocyanate which helps reduce inflammation. When mixed with camphor or used in creams and ointments, pure mustard oil helps treat cold symptoms such as congestion and cough.
