Constipation is a problem in passing stools. It can make you uncomfortable and may even lead to complications if left untreated. Here are some foods you should avoid if you suffer from constipation.


If you love drinking alcohol but are also prone to constipation, refrain from it now! Drinking alcohol in large amounts can increase the amount of fluids lost through urine, leading to dehydration.
