To perform locust pose, lie on your belly with your arms at your sides and your palms facing down. Inhale and lift your legs, chest, and arms off the ground, squeezing your shoulder blades together and reaching your fingertips towards your toes. Hold this pose for several breaths, focusing on keeping your core engaged and breathing deeply.
