Your vagina is one of the mysterious organs in your body and some of the facts are really a revelation. We want you to know all of them to know your “lady parts” better.
Your vagina tears down post-childbirth: Tearing of the vagina is quite norma, when you have a normal delivery. We know it sounds painful as hell but that’s what it is. It happens to make the passage for the baby. If it does not happen on its own, the doctor makes an incision. The best part is that it heals faster than you think. Thank god for that! Your vagina doesn’t need extra cleaning: If you shell out loads of money on those fancy-schmancy intimate washes, STOP! There is absolutely no need to do that because your vagina is self-cleansing. The discharge that you see on your underpants is nothing but your vagina’s way of cleansing itself. Having said that, if that discharge is way too much, you must seek help. A wet vagina doesn’t always mean you are aroused: Well, there are a lot of reasons why a vagina can get wet, and being sexually aroused is just one of them. Some of the most commonones are the discharge of lubricant, a little pee leak, or maybe sweat glands down there are proactive. Image courtesy: Shutterstock
