Dimple Jangda, Ayurvedic health coach and founder of Prana Healthcare Center, says, “Ghee helps to lubricate our body and cleanses the intestinal tract. It improves the circulation of waste and reduces the risk of constipation.”
According to a study published in the Polish journal Przeglad Gastroenterology review, ghee is a rich source of butyric acid. The study also states that the consumption of butyric acid improves intestinal metabolism and helps in the movement of stools. At the same time, it also reduces abdominal pain, bloating and other symptoms of constipation.
Ghee is the best natural laxative. Along with this, it can help in many things like increasing bone strength including weight loss, getting good sleep.
Mix one spoon of ghee in a glass of warm water and take it on an empty stomach in the morning. You can drink it everyday, taking care that the water should not be too hot.
