This asana aids in the digestive process.This is the only one, which can be practised right after having food. It relaxes and strengthens feet and ankles, and lubricates knee caps. This yoga posture, also called the bow pose, is an exercise that helps to relieve stress and anxiety. It also improves blood circulation in the spinal nerves, and stretches your back, neck, shoulders, arms, and leg muscles.
