Bad things happen to good people. Haven’t we been told this a million times? Life has a way of testing us, when we least expect it. Before continuing on your sexy brilliant journey in the future, you need to ask yourself a few questions. “Who am I?”, “What is it that I really want?”, “Who will I become once I achieve my goals?”.

Only when you can be honest with yourself and what you really want to become, the journey ahead will be more exciting. But you need to sit back and think about certain important questions.

Here are a few simple steps to follow in order to rewrite your future:

  1. Self-awareness is the original sexy

    Practicing self-awareness is one of the greatest skills in life, as it allows you to know yourself in a way that no one else can. Being confident from the inside out includes getting to know and understanding yourself, including your weaknesses.

    Remember that no part of you is your enemy, including your ego, anger, or even jealousy, etc. Having this sense of awareness provides you with the opportunity and freedom to change things about yourself, so that you can create the life that you have always wanted. We can live an empowered life, when we know who we are, and what our gifts are. It is self-knowledge that gives you the inner spiritual confidence to live in alignment with your authentic sexy brilliant self.

  2. Acceptance is essential

    We know that there are several moments in life when growth is slow, but the path of existence is varied and brings with it various opportunities for everyone. When we accept others without judgment, we make room to accept our sexy brilliant selves in every possible way.

    It all begins with self-knowledge, and then comes radical self-acceptance. We all have a good side and a not-so-good side. Radical self-acceptance means accepting both of these sides, and living in mindfulness by trying not to push our lives and experiences into a particular direction.

    In this way, we become more focused on the present moment and the naturally occurring satisfaction, interests, pride, joy, curiosity and gifts that life brings us. Why is self-acceptance so important? Self-acceptance leads to more self-love. Remember that the journey to more self-love is LOVE itself.

  3. Embrace the change

    In life, some changes are made without a plan, while others are built into the calendar and organised as needed. When we embrace the fact that life is constantly changing, and embrace what is unavoidable, we learn to trust our intuition when making new choices and decisions.

    Acceptance allows us to go with the flow and be open to new possibilities and experiences to broaden our view of the world and ourselves. Our truth can and will change and mutate over time, just like life. Change is nothing to be fearful of, as it occurs precisely at the right time in life and nearly always happens for a reason.

    Transformation happens in our darkest moments. Over time, you will experience these changes. These changes may be emotional, spiritual, physical, sexual, mental, or all of the above. In addition, with every change, you have the opportunity to integrate new information into your sense of identity and personality. In other words, with every change, you have the opportunity to grow and become a sexier version of yourself!

  4. Attitude of gratitude

    We all have struggles and failures; we all have a story. Meet the pain with inner spiritual strength, and meet the lack of confidence with sexy brilliant self-love. Remember bitterness blocks blessings. Feeling bitter about your struggles only makes you feel stuck and unfulfilled, and promotes despair. Adopting an attitude of gratitude for all things helps you let go of difficult events and situations when you need to, while attracting more of what you do need.

    Being grateful for all things creates a loving atmosphere that serves as a type of filter for our energy field. If you are not sure where to begin, try visualizing the face of the person you love most. Maybe it’s your own! You can write a love letter to yourself, or make a list of the people, things, and blessings you are most grateful for. These are loving intentions that connect you with the universe. The ability to find gratitude in challenging moments can make you more resilient and help you to deal with everything that comes your way.
