1. Head

If you’ve been feeling dizzy recently, it might point to the fact that your mental health in under stress. A certain feeling of your head spinning can take over at any moment in the day and make matters worse. This happens due to instant fluctuation in the hormones when you’re anxious.

2. Throat

Have you ever noticed that whenever you are stressed, you find it difficult to swallow? It feels as if something is stuck in your throat. According to the U.S. National Library of Medicine, this situation is called dysphagia. This is basically a brain or nerve disorder that can alter the fine balance in the muscles of the mouth and throat.

3. Ear

Some of us experience ringing pain in the ears when we are going through severe anxiety. This happens due to hormonal imbalance which interferes with the signalling process of your brain.

4. Chest

Heart palpitation is one of the most distressing symptoms of anxiety. It is so severe at times that people may think they’re having a heart attack! There is nothing to worry about because this phase only lasts for a few minutes.

5. Jaw

Teeth grinding and contraction of the throat muscle is also witnessed in people who are dealing with anxiety. This may lead to tightness in the jaw.

6. Stomach

If you are experiencing bloating, constipation and flatulence, it could be your anxiety acting up. The thing is that anxiety can make your gut sensitive and intolerant to certain foods. Hence, you might experience digestive issues.

7. Muscles

If you are not doing great in terms of your physical health, anxiety can leave you with sore muscles. You see, anxiety tends to create tension in your muscles and if your immunity is also poor, then the situation can become much worse.

8. Skin
