Lavender is one of the most versatile essential oils available today, and can provide healing benefits like no other! Commonly used for aromatherapy, this essential oil can also help to tackle a range of skin and hair conditions, as well as sleep-related issues. 

But if there’s one thing that caught our attention, it is lavender’s ability to uplift your mood in no time! Yes, it’s true—the scent of lavender can work its magic on your mood. The study published in the journal Evidence-Based Complementary and Alternative also confirmed that lavender oil is a great help when it comes to managing severe migraines! The research found a significant reduction in pain within 15 minutes of sniffing the oil.

5. Lowers anxiety
During this pandemic, anxiety has become a part of us. Whether it’s because of our health, or the future of relationships, everything makes our mind go into a tizzy.
