For years, thousands of books, philosophers, and religious gurus have been around to train us with meditation techniques for positivity and good energy. Has this really given people a long-lasting solution or just a temporary face of lightness? The human body doesn’t need any training to be calm and relaxed. It’s always the same mind that floats through. It is the distractions of life that make it suffer and make a person feel low or depressed every now and then. But is there a recipe to attract good energy? We think, there is!

In my opinion, work will never stop, the struggles shall never end and the mind will never stop thinking, which will make us feel that we have still not achieved our life goals. However, we just need to accept some things and let go without being too attached to them.

Why is taking out time for yourself a need of the hour?

Taking out time for your precious body and soul is the simplest key. While you may have been looking for it in books and videos, but you need to find it inside you. It is where the actual solution lies. Humanity has stopped trusting its unique absolute power with which they are governed throughout life.

Taking effective breaks from work every two hours for 15-20 minutes without a mobile or thinking about work, will make a difference. Taking a stroll breathing in fresh air or taking some full breaths and concentrating on small happenings around you, like watching nature, roads, buildings, moving cars, makes you live in the present.

We all are lost in past or future calculations, assumptions and are not able to live and feel the present surroundings and happenings around us. The moment you feel your breath, your soul and the surroundings, you will attract good energy and positivity to face any situation coming towards you.

Since the day we are born, we have only achieved something or the other. If you don’t trust me, start writing down your experiences and memories from when you were in class 6th till when you were in college. You will discover success stories, heartbreaks, money and trust. There would have been some happy and sad memories that you list down but that is a part of life. We are so lost in achieving our goals and wishes that we forget to view with a bird’s eye view, the patterns that our life is showing and shaping for us. If we take the time out, we will understand the algorithm of life and nothing would move us. We would be filled with positivity and energy..

Here are some tips to attract good energy:

1. Break the monotony

Stop living a monotonous life and indulging in work of the same nature and bring about some change in your thinking. Do things which you are most afraid of doing, something which is challenging and gives you an adrenaline rush and see how exciting your life will be. In the start, it will be tough but it shall give you a hope of opening a new world around you.

2. Write a journal

Write down your fears and work on what makes you run away from it. Identify the algorithm of same during past years, unlock it and face it, fear would run away the time you unlock and face it and your life would be full of positivity.

3. Connect with people

During this process, connect with like-minded people who have started from zero, and are never afraid of losing. They take each step with pride and move ahead and beyond. In such people, you may also find real motivation as they not only bring you positivity but also fill you with hope and help you attract good energy.

4. Meditate

Indulge in meditation. It may not only be in the form we know, but also in the form of listening to music, singing songs, swimming, sitting alone in the open sky and watching nature and taking deep breaths. News channels and social media updates must not be checked regularly as it takes an unnecessary toll on your mind which has hardly anything to do with you but takes your time, energy and positivity.

5. Extend a helping hand

Serving your time or helping in an NGO, or helping others, will also boost your strength, positivity and energy, as you feel that you have that strength with which at least you can help one person or one family in this life.
