What are halim seeds?

Halim seeds or garden cress seeds are small brown seeds that come from the plant Lepidium sativum. Some people use these seeds to promote lactation in nursing mothers and to alleviate digestive issues, says gynaecologist and obstetrician Dr Pratibha Singhal.
