1. C-fold method

Step 1: Wash your hands thoroughly. Fold the menstrual cup in half, forming a C shape.
Step 2: Hold the folded cup firmly with your hand, particularly your fingers, and use your other hand to part your labia.
Step 3: Relax your muscles and gently insert the folded cup into your vagina, angling it towards your tailbone.
Step 4: Once the cup is inside, release your grip, allowing it to pop open. Ensure it’s fully open by rotating it or running a finger around the rim.

2. Push down method
