You might have to consult your gynecologist to find out the menstrual cup size that is safe for you and how to use it. Women across all age groups can use the menstrual cup as it is very safe and easy to use. Tampons have been in use for a longer time. So, instead of sanitary napkins, one can try using the other safer options to keep skin irritation at bay, suggests the expert.
