There are certain foods that your lady part falls for but there is a whole list of foods that your vagina is not going to take to all that well.

So, have a look at this list of the five worst foods for your vagina:    

1. Onions
If you drool over a plate of those crisp onion rings, you must read this. Sadly, you need to keep your onion intake a little on the lower side if you want to refrain from any vaginal issues.

Onion replicates what it does to our breath with the vagina. The strong-smelling juices of onion are released when you urinate and because of that, your vagina smells funky. In fact, even garlic reacts the same way. It won’t be wrong to say that you should maintain some distance with pungent-smelling food.

2. Coffee
According to a research conducted by the Oregon State University, coffee disrupts the biome of your vagina? In fact, too much intake of caffeine can also make the pee more acidic in nature and can make your pee burn. This will leave your vagina with a foul smell.

3. Alcohol
It is very important to stay hydrated to keep your vaginal health in check. When we talk of hydration, most of us are aware that alcohol can leave the body high and dry. Due to dehydration, vaginal dryness is also experienced by some. Lack of proper lubrication makes your vagina itchy and can cause discomfort.

In fact, too much of it can bring you close to immunodeficiency retrovirus. Yes, we are talking about AIDS and other virus-related diseases. The impacts it has on your reproductive health are no secret. So, watch out, ladies.

4. Sugar
Eating too much sugar is directly related to bacterial vaginosis (BV). You can, without a doubt, put the blame on glucose. According to a study published in The Journal Of Nutrition, too much glucose can aid the growth of bacteria in the vaginal area which increases the chances of recurring bacterial vaginosis.

The study has also talked about how recurring BV adversely impacts your reproductive health and can make you more vulnerable to other serious vaginal infections by disrupting the vaginal immunity.

5. Processed foods
Fried and processed foods are the enemies of our vagina. They have the exact concoction that will ensure that your vagina stays unhealthy. All packed foods are loaded with oil, salt, sugar, and preservatives which will not just bring your immunity down but also mess up with the pH balance of your vagina. Due to this, your vagina might smell foul and become prone to infections.

So, ladies, it’s time to swear on your vagina and lay low on these five foods.
