Dr Mukherjee says, “The herbal tea containing cranberry extract may be used. Cranberry in the form of an extract or tablets has shown some benefit in preventing UTIs because it contains antioxidants including polyphenols which have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. You can also try drinking cranberry juice.”
