Health Shots spoke to Dr Blossom Kochhar, skincare expert and chairperson of Blossom Kochhar Group of Companies, who shared a skincare routine designed to treat acne and fight pimples.
Here’s the skincare routine you need to treat acne and get clear skin:
1. Cleanse
Instead of soap, use gram flour to wash your face. This is an excellent recipe to improve the clarity of the skin and treat acne. Follow this cleansing routine at least once or twice a week.
In a bowl, add equal quantities of green gram and bengal gram.
Mix it in milk or rice water.
Scrub the paste on your face and rinse with clear water.

2. Exfoliate
It is one of the major steps to reduce dead skin cells. Exfoliate your skin twice a week with this natural skin recipe.
Mix 1 tablespoon rice powder.
Add 1 teaspoon yogurt.
Add a pinch of salt.
Squeeze the lemon in a bowl.
Apply this mixture to your clean face and massage gently onto your skin.
Rinse your face with lukewarm water.
