Dr Kutteri suggests ‘nannari sharbat’ (Nannari sharbat is made from nannari root, also known as Indian sarsaparilla, and is popularly known for its cooling properties.) is an excellent replacement for carbonated drinks. Other options include celery or cucumber-infused water, buttermilk, coconut water, or barley water. These beverages not only quench your thirst but also help cool down your body.
