Some really quick steps to control your anger

Step 1: Move out of the place: What we would suggest is that move out of the premises that you are in. Go somewhere out, if you are inside, and take a few deep breaths. This will help you calm down in a very short period of time.
Step 2: Sip some water: When you get angry your heart rate tends to increase and that’s not good for your health. Plus, this also doesn’t let you think straight. Sipping some water really helps you cool down a little and help your heart to relax.
Step 3: Counting can help: You must have seen in many movies that to control anger people choose to count from 1 to 10. The logic behind this basically is to create distraction. While you put your head and heart totally into counting numbers the ore you get distracted from the argument that was taking place.

These are some instant ways just to create distraction but what you also need to learn is to channel your anger as well. For this, you can do multiple things such as:

  • Exercising or taking a walk
  • Focusing on your work
  • Indulging in your hobby
  • Performing kickboxing and hitting swimming is another good option

Apart from all these, communication is another thing that can resolve your problems. Talk to the person and try where things are getting wrong so that whenever you have to face that person then there should not be any animosity.

So keep these tips handy and cope with your anger wisely.
