Cherries are a rich source of polyphenols and vitamin C which have anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. According to various studies, it can help relieve joint pain and arthritis pain and even cases of gout.

Peppermint as natural painkiller for sore muscles:

Peppermint is known for its cooling effect. It contains menthol and are a relief mechanism for sore and achy muscles. Peppermint oil, in fact, is used as a topical cure for reducing inflammation and release spasms.

Water is a vital elixir. According to the Advances in Skin and Wound CareWater Journal, water is a major component of blood. If a person is dehydrated, it reduces the body’s blood volume, thereby reducing oxygen and nutrient. So for recovery from any injury or pain, water is what helps thin the blood and move nutrients and oxygen through the body.
