Here are the ingredients you’ll need:

2 apples, thinly sliced

1 tsp cinnamon powder

1 tsp powdered sugar, optional

Here’s how to make baked apple chips:

Step 1: To begin with, cut the apples into thin slices. You can do this by making the centre hollow, using a peeler, and then going about the chopping. You should ideally leave the peel on.

Step 2: Next, sprinkle the sliced apple pieces with cinnamon. You can adjust the quantity of the spice, according to your taste. At this stage, you can choose to add powdered sugar to enhance the sweetness of this snack. However, it is an optional ingredient and can be skipped. In fact, if you’re looking to manage your weight, then you should definitely skip it.

Step 3: Preheat your oven or air fryer at 110°C.

Step 4: Place the apple slices in the oven or air fryer for about 25 to 30 minutes. You can always adjust the time. Basically, you have to ensure that the apple slices are dry, and the ends are a little curled up.
