½ cup almonds
¼ cup walnuts
¼ cup cashew nuts
½ cup smooth unsweetened peanut butter
½ cup raw organic honey
2 tablespoon grounded flax seeds
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
Preparation
1. Dry roast all the dried fruits (almonds, walnuts, and cashew nuts) in a pan. Let them cool for about half an hour. Once they’re cool enough to touch, put them in a mixer and grind till you get a fine powder.
2. Take a bowl and combine the dried fruit powder with peanut butter, honey, flax seeds, cocoa powder, and vanilla essence. Stir the batter till all the ingredients are properly mixed and you reach the desired consistency.
3 Take small portions of the mix in your hand and roll into balls.
