Enough talking now let’s get down to business.

Ingredients
½ cup almonds
¼ cup walnuts
¼ cup cashew nuts
½ cup smooth unsweetened peanut butter
½ cup raw organic honey
2 tablespoon grounded flax seeds
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon vanilla essence

Preparation
1. Dry roast all the dried fruits (almonds, walnuts, and cashew nuts) in a pan. Let them cool for about half an hour. Once they’re cool enough to touch, put them in a mixer and grind till you get a fine powder.

2. Take a bowl and combine the dried fruit powder with peanut butter, honey, flax seeds, cocoa powder, and vanilla essence. Stir the batter till all the ingredients are properly mixed and you reach the desired consistency.

3 Take small portions of the mix in your hand and roll into balls.

Adding nuts and seeds to these yummilicious laddus will give a body to this desi popper and you can easily steer away from those hunger pangs. Plus just pop one in and you are energised for the day. And well we all know how beneficial these nuts are.
