-4 sweet potatoes, sliced into wedges
-4 tsps olive oil
-1 tsp black pepper
-1 tsp oregano
-1 tsp red chilli flakes, optional
-Salt, according to taste
Step 1: Wash the sweet potatoes properly to remove any dirt. Then, chop them into wedges.
