We often find it difficult to eat a nutritious and filling breakfast due to the demanding nature of our work life, commute and familial responsibilities that occupy our mornings. Getting the right nutrients and energy through breakfast is important to kick-start your day and overnight oats and yoghurt does the job on point and saves you a lot of trouble on your busy mornings.

Overnight oats is essentially a ‘no-cook’ approach towards making oatmeal, where instead of cooking the oats with liquid on the stove or microwave, we can simply mix the rolled oats with a liquid and mix-ins, and let it rest in the fridge overnight. In the morning, you will find a pudding-like porridge that is both delicious and healthy as a grab-and-go breakfast.

This overnight oats recipe packs a nutritious punch, as it is full of protein, antioxidants, calcium, and fibre that helps you stay full for a longer duration of time, manage weight effectively, and positively affect blood sugar and cholesterol levels.

The yoghurt beautifully supplements the oats, both in terms of taste and health, as it helps in building immunity, aids digestion and makes the bones stronger.
