Ingredients: 

100 gms peas

20 mint leaves, finely chopped

1 garlic clove, crushed

1 to 2 tbsp olive oil (plus extra for serving)

Juice of 1 small lemon

½ tsp chilli flakes (optional)

Preparation:
  1. Steam the peas until soft
  2. In the blender jar, add the mint leaves, steamed peas, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and salt.
  3. Pulse until well combined and you get a smooth dip-like consistency.
  4. Drizzle with some olive oil and chilli flakes and serve.
